Shared fibre Wi-Fi is included in your rent. The network name and password are on the card in your residence. If the connection drops, tell us on the Requests tab.
Set it to 25°C, not 18°C — it cools just as fast and costs a third as much. Clean the filter yourself once a month (slide the front panel up, rinse, dry). Water dripping inside means a blocked drain — that is a fault, tell us.
Water is included in your rent. Electricity is metered separately for each residence and charged according to the PEA electricity bill — no landlord mark-up. Aircon is almost all of it.
We will show you where the bins are and the collection days when you move in. Always tie the bags, or the dogs will find them first.
Pool hours are posted at the pool. No glass anywhere near it. Guests are welcome with you, but tell us first if someone is staying the night.
One mid-stay cleaning is included free with every lease. Extra cleaning, with fresh bed linen and towels, is ฿600 for an apartment and ฿1,000 for a villa, each time — order it on the Requests tab. Final cleaning at check-out is required: ฿600 apartment, ฿1,000 villa.
Lamai beach, the shops and the night market are close by. We can arrange motorbike or car rental — ask us for current prices. Wear the helmet: police check on the ring road, and the fine is the smallest thing you risk.
Give us notice in writing on the Requests tab (Lease). Notice, the final walk-through and the deposit return follow your lease. Tell us early and we will help you find your next place on the island.
