Network: THELIFE-[unit] · Password is on the card by the door. Fibre, and it is yours alone — not shared with the building. If it drops, unplug the white box for 30 seconds before telling us.
Set it to 25°C, not 18°C — it cools just as fast and costs a third as much. Clean the filter yourself once a month (slide the front panel up, rinse, dry). Water dripping inside means a blocked drain — that is a fault, tell us.
Both are on your own meter and billed at cost, with a photograph of the meter on every bill. Electricity runs ฿4–8 per unit, water is usually ฿200–500 a month. Aircon is almost all of it.
Bins by the gate. Collection is Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings — put bags out the night before, and tie them, or the dogs will find them first.
Open 07:00–21:00, cleaned Tuesday mornings 08:00–10:00. No glass anywhere near it. Guests are welcome with you, but tell us first if someone is staying the night.
Cleaning is not included in the rent. It is ฿600 for an apartment and ฿1,000 for a villa, each time, and a linen change comes with it. Order one whenever you want it on the Requests tab — one-off or on a regular schedule, your choice. It is added to your monthly bill.
Lamai beach and the shops are five minutes down the hill, the night market seven. Motorbike rental from ฿3,000 a month — we arrange it. Wear the helmet: police check on the ring road, and the fine is the smallest thing you risk.
Thirty days' notice in writing. We walk the unit together, and the deposit comes back within 30 days less anything documented. Tell us early and we will help you find your next place on the island.
